My practice is an evidence-based, outcome-focused, and innovative clinical psychology practice located in Armidale NSW. I see clients in person in Armidale, and clients from other locations via Telehealth.

I am passionate about helping my clients to explore, heal, and improve their lives, in a safe environment both in-person and via Telehealth. I work with individual adults of diverse backgrounds and ages across a wide range of mental health, emotional, relationship, and career-related issues.

To achieve the best outcomes with my clients, I use the latest, clinically-proven psychological treatments. My priority is to provide a respectful, caring, transparent and collaborative experience for my clients that is tailored to each person.

I have been registered as psychologists with AHPRA since 2003. I have a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist, and I am a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). I am also a Board-approved Principal Supervisor for the Registrar program, Clinical Psychology.
